TWISTER UPDATE - WILEY CITY DOG SHOW

Hi Elise! We just got back from our Dog Show in Wiley City! We got Reserve Grand Champion in Fitting and Showing and doubled our score (114/200) for a white in Obedience! He did so wonderfully! I am so happy! Twister sends lots of kisses and wiggles!

TWISTER & ELIZABETH UPDATE -- SHOW IN MOUNT VERNON

We took Twister to a show in Mount Vernon over the July 1 - 2 weekend. The weather was great and we had a good time. Twister placed first in both of his puppy breed classes (only one!) and they placed 4th in Jr. Showmanship on Saturday and 3rd on Sunday!! Even though he hasn't placed outside of the puppy class, he is starting to get noticed by the other papillon people. We had quite a few comments on how pretty his face is, what good ears he has and nice ear fringe! I think as he matures a bit, it will all come together! Elizabeth is really enjoying herself in the ring.

The three of us stayed in a hotel! Twister was really good and no accidents! Sunday morning we had a lot of time between 8:00 am Junior Showmanship, 11:00 hotel check out, and 12:15 breed class. So we went back to the room after the first class and played fetch with the little tennis ball for almost two hours! He was more calm in the second class. LOL We bought him a crate pad (with butterflies on it) which he rolled all over on, around and around, back and forth, and over! It was hilarious to watch him.

Hope all is well with everyone. We saw on your website that the lady we talked to, bought one of the new puppies. We know she will be so happy and fall in love with him.

This weekend we have a 4-H show in Ellensburg, about 35 minutes north of Yakima.
